Professional Administration of Disciplinary Policies and Procedures |

In all steps of progressive discipline, all persons shall treat the others with dignity and respect. The principals or assistant principals shall not reprimand a teacher or other bargaining unit employee in the presence of his or her colleagues, other teachers and bargaining unit employees, students or parents. Reprimands and criticism shall be made only in a place ensuring privacy.
